development workshop
Associate
Professor Dr. Chutikarn Sriviboon,
President of the University, presided
over the opening ceremony and gave a
special lecture regarding the
university's adaptation to support
challenges and competition in the era of
higher education transformation.
Associate Professor Dr. Luedech
Gerdwichai, President of the University
Council, shared strategic insights on
organizational management, focusing on
strategic administration, the
application of OKRs, and efficient
budget allocation.
Participants
brainstormed, exchanged views, and
reviewed key issues, including defining
the strategic positioning, guidelines
for transitioning into an autonomous
university, reviewing the
university's vision and strategy,
and establishing organizational driving
directions to prepare for changes and
drive the university toward sustainable
development in the future. The workshop
was held between June 28 and 30, 2026,
at Bhumantra Resort, Nakhon Nayok
Province.
