May 1, 2026. The Office of Academic Resources and Information Technology, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, hosted the "Digital Transformation Champions" staff development program as part of the university's key results (KR 5.7). The event took place at the Cho Kaew Meeting Room, 5th Floor, Building 31, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University.

Associate Professor Dr. Sirilak Ketchaya, Vice President for Digital Technology, and Dr. Pimploi Tirastittam, Director of the Office of Academic Resources and Information Technology, delivered the welcoming remarks and presented the project objectives. The event was well-attended by representatives from every department across the university.

Associate Professor Dr. Luedech Gerdwichai, President of the University Council, presided over the opening ceremony and delivered a keynote speech titled "Empowering the Future: Driving Suan Sunandha toward a Digital University through the Power of Digital Transformation Champions." During the session, he shared his vision and strategic for organizational development in the digital age.

Professor Pol. Capt. Dr. Suchada Sukrong, Director of the Chulalongkorn University School of Integrated Innovation, delivered a special lecture titled “Road to Digital University: The Role of Champions in Driving the Organization”, shared her experience in transforming department into digital universities.

The afternoon session featured an “Organization Transformation” workshop, which focused on building a deep understanding of the university’s new organizational structure and goals by Dr. Ronnakorn Vaiyavuth, Deputy Director of the Chulalongkorn University School of Integrated Innovation.

Digital Transformation Champions project focuses on building staff expertise to drive a more efficient, sustainable, and digitally-integrated university.
