(???????????????? ????????????????????) opening ceremony. Professor Dr. Phongrak, M.D. Sribandit Mongkol, President of Chiang Mai University, and Associate Professor Dr. Prama Sattruji, Director of the Office of Information Technology Administration for Educational Development, voiced the event's goals. Mr. Suphachai Jaisamut, Assistant Minister of the Ministry of Higher Education, Science, Research, and Innovation, delivered the opening statements.

The 44th WUNCA conference, held from February 5-7, 2025, brought together administrators, faculty, researchers, and university personnel from educational institutions, research and development agencies across the country to exchange knowledge and collaborate on information networks for education and research in Thailand. The meeting was held at the main auditorium of Chiang Mai University.
