The Office of Academic Resources and Information Technology by Assistant Professor Dr. Kunyaphat Thanakunwutthirot, the Deputy Director of Quality Assurance and Revenue, Ms. Nuchjaree ketsuwan, Head of General Administration Department, participated in Customer Journey training to broaden knowledge and skills in providing services and building operations that suit consumer expectations. The opening statement was delivered by Associate Professor Dr. Bundit Pungnirund, Vice President for Business Development and Revenue Generation, and Chairman.

This training aims to enhance knowledge in the development and understanding of building sustainable and effective customer relationships, organized by the Business Development and Revenue Procurement Department, Central Division, Office of the President, at the Supanniga Conference Room, Suan Sunandha Palace Hotel.
