Dr. Anek Permwongseni, Vice President of the University Council, presided over the ceremony, which was attended by Associate Professor Dr. Chutikarn Sriviboon, President, university administrators, university staff members, and students at the Royal Monument of Queen Sunandha Kumariratana.
