ARIT undergoes ISO/IEC 27001:2022 information security audit for 2026

August 13-14, 2026. The Office of Academic Resources and Information Technology received a certification audit for the Information Security Management System standard (ISO/IEC 27001:2022) conducted by Bureau Veritas Certification (Thailand) Ltd., with advisory support from Albatross Cybersecurity Co., Ltd. This audit participated by Lecturer Dr. Pimploi Tirastittam, the Director of the Office of Academic Resources and Information Technology, Lecturer Dr. Aphirak Thitinaruemit, Deputy Director of the Information Technology Center, Mr. Anothai Arunruang, Head of Network Systems and Internet Department, and staff.

The audit assessment covered key systems and critical equipment related to information security. This included environmental and temperature control systems, fire protection systems, air circulation, uninterrupted power supply (UPS), internet connectivity, and physical security systems. The assessment ensures that the university’s IT infrastructure management meets international standards, with a core emphasis on safeguarding and securing university data assets.

This audit assessment was conducted for certificate renewal (Recertification Audit), alongside reviewing and upgrading the Information Security Management System to remain fully compliant with the ISO/IEC 27001:2022 standard, while continuously enhancing capabilities to mitigate cyber risks and threats.
