The new e-Office
system brings several key upgrades to
improve daily work. It includes secure
PKI digital signatures, automatic
watermarks to prevent fake documents and
track history, a modern text editor with
extra templates, and real-time status
alerts to keep track of documents
easily. These features make
administrative tasks faster, safer, and
more efficient.
The training aimed to
help staff understand the system’s
structure, security settings, and new
features. This ensures personnel can use
the tools effectively in their daily
tasks while supporting the
university’s transition to a
modern, secure, and fully digital
workplace.
