       Primary School Under the Jurisdiction of the Samut Prakan Primary Educational.

       The lagest proportion of the schools under study had libraries with a seating capacity of not more than twenty seats and had approximately 1,001 to 5,000 books. The persons selecting books for the libraries were librarian teachers and school administratiors in addition, libraries received books and donations from members of the general public

        Overall these librarian teachered in each aspect, it was found that the librarian teachers faced problems in the aspect of library user, personnel, local, finace, they were confronted with  problems at a moderate level.
